Josh Jones

Josh is Partners in Careers’ Program Director, having started with PIC as an Employment Specialist over 6 years ago. Throughout his career, Josh has served our community in many capacities, facilitating Work Based Learning & Student Engagement Programs for young adults, a Housing Program for Homeless Veterans, and a Therapeutic Workforce Reintegration at Heritage Farm. Josh is the Chairman for Washougal School District’s Career & Technical Education Committee, serves on the Board of Directors for Lower Columbia Fish Enhancement Group, the Boys and Girls Club Taskforce for violence-affected youth, Vancouver Public Schools’ Natural Resources Advisory Committee, and has volunteered with dozens of organizations supporting Conservation, Education, and Outdoor Recreation. Josh graduated from Leadership Clark County in 2022 and won the Historic Trust’s General Marshall Public Leadership Award in 2023 for his solution-focused efforts to empower marginalized groups within our community. Outside of his career, Josh enjoys spending time with his fiancée Ashlie and their son Rowan while exploring remote public lands throughout Oregon and Washington, camping, hiking, and fishing.
