Joelle Loescher currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst for Clark County Public Health. She works closely with Solid Waste Enforcement and Outreach and Environmental Public Health programs and is also a member of the Incident Command Team as a Procurement Unit Leader, most recently during the COVID-19 response. Additionally, Joelle is the Chair of the Employee Development Committee and an active member of both the Policies and Procedures and Employee Recognition Committees.
Passionate about personal growth, education, and lifelong learning, she graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2012, she earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Western New Mexico University. Joelle was a member of the LCC Class of 2021.
