Joelle Loescher

Clark County Public Health

Joelle Loescher currently serves as the Solid Waste Operations Manager for Clark County Public Health. She works closely with the Solid Waste Enforcement and Solid Waste Education and Outreach programs to improve and maintain Clark County’s regional solid waste system.

In addition to serving on the board for Leadership Clark County, she also serves on the board for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) Evergreen Chapter.

Passionate about personal growth, education, and lifelong learning, she graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2012, she earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Western New Mexico University. Joelle was a member of the LCC Class of 2021.
